Wow! What a year - and I promised I would start a blog this year so I guess I am cutting it near the deadline lol.

I will leave you with my favourite card I made for some special friends this year for Christmas - I think it looks better IRL IYKWIM
I printed the checked background and then mounted light blue pearlescent card with Rob&Bob Holiday Slab paper on. I had embossed a snowflake background with my Cuttlebug and then use Versamark and Kaleidoscope embossing powders to accent the raised embossing. I stamped the St. Nicholas/Father Christmas image onto white card and mounted on the same light blue pearlescent paper. I then stamped the Noel Hero Arts greeting on shrink plastic and highlighted the stamping with clear Sakura glitterdust pen before shrinking. I used silver thread to dangle from the white organza ribbon.I hope you like it. I know I enjoyed making this card for some very special people in my life.
