April Fool's - My Worst Card!

My ugliest card ever.  So many to choose from especially as I try to share everything.  It really was a close call.  I think I have a 2nd runner up, 1st runner up AND a winner to share.

So without further ado.

Our 2nd runner up is this beauty from January 2008!  Now in my defense it was a great use of supplies that I had at the time! and I think I nailed just about every technique I could throw up onto the card!

Our 1st runner up is my Nirvana grunge moment from November 2009

and without further ado - Our winner of the worst card is.... *drumroll*... no go ahead and do the drumroll in your head.... the winner is....

From April 2009 send this card to the Dinosaurs

I should have warned you a bit more shouldn't I? LOL! Hope everyone is enjoying the Foolery with these post today!

Hey! We all have cards like these...some of us just aren't brave enough to go dig 'em out of hiding! :) Love seeing these!!! Just goes to show we all have to start somewhere and creativity is a process! So glad to see you're having fun with it!!! :)

You kill me. All of these have good components and could very easily be made beautiful, even if you think they're ugly now. Maybe that's the point - it's not what you use, it's how you use it. Anyway, I admire your bravery - 3 cards! You go girl!

Oh, I'm so glad to know I'm in good company with this blog hop :) I know you were just as proud of your ugliest cards as I was, but we've grown since then & we're gonna be OK!! The dinosaur card totally cracked me up!!!! TFS :)

Awesome post, Kristen! I love that you put the top three award winners and built up the tension to that really, ahem, "interesting" dinosaur card!! Karacked me up!!

You might be in the running, but check out this card by Joan Bardee; I think she's got you beat!

This is so much fun, and if I had a blog, I would certainly be playing along.

I like the little dinosaur card too! Maybe with just a bit less "dirt". It's so fun to share our less than stellar creations, and I think Suzanne is going to have to put this up every year. We all really have gotten better, haven't we?! Bev

THis blog hop has me laughing so hard - your cards are "creative" - thank God we learn from our mistakes - please feel free to have a bit of fun at my expense too!

I love the last one, its too cute. Since I am not a fan of grunge anything….. just maybe I will let YOU pick that one.

I don't think they're as bad as you think they are...
I think the dinosaur is kind'a cute...
but knowing that we're all in good company and can all make "uglies" and laugh about it...
just makes this hobby even more fun! :)

I kind of like the middle one. :-). And I have that snowflake punch! LOL.

Okay my fave is actually the snowflake card...it's very "foily" heeee! And the grunge birthday card may not be the prettiest, but it gets high marks for being such an intricate design! Love the tools in the background. And the dinosaur card would be perfect for a little guy...just don't tell me that you gave it to a grown up LOL! So glad to "meet" you today, Kristen!

This hop is so much fun. Those dinosaurs aren't too bad. They kind of look like my first few cards I made and refused to take pics of for some reason.

Oh, no. I actually like these cards--especially that last one. What does that say about me? Ha ha

Kristen, this post is so fun. Poor Roger. I think the dinos are cute!

Is that gold leafing on the first one- I still have not tried that!
